According to the official LEGION blog, last week, Legion announced a new partnership with the kraken exchange to bring the Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) compliant token issuance service to its global client base, and now announced the first cross-platform offering between the two parties: YieldBasis. (Note: UK residents are not allowed to participate in this offering.)
YieldBasis was created by Curve founder and Physics Olympiad winner Michael Egorov to solve a long-standing problem in decentralized finance (DeFi): impermanence losses. This solution has the potential to activate billions of dollars of idle bitcoin, generating sustainable real-world gains for it.
