CBOE proposes to amend Franklin Bitcoin ETF rules

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has proposed changes to the Franklin Bitcoin ETF rules for listing and trading on its exchange. The changes are aimed at adjusting the time when purchase orders for the creation of baskets for cash transactions must be submitted. The proposal is made under BZX Rule 14.11 (E) (4), details of which have not been disclosed, but the move could affect the timing of traders' ETF purchases.
