On September 23rd, Rainbow, a Web3 mobile end wallet, released an open letter of proposal to acquire Clanker and proposed to include CLANKER token holders in its broader plan to acquire Clanker.
The Rainbow Foundation said that if the acquisition of Clanker is successful, 4% of the total RNBW will be allocated to CLANKER token holders, accounting for about 20% of the supply in circulation at the time of the token generation event (TGE); Rainbow will manage 100% of the CLANKER tokens accumulated as liquidity provision (LP) fees since the launch of Clanker tokens; Rainbow Foundation will help the community make the protocol the largest Launchpad platform on Ethereum after taking over Clanke.
