On September 23rd, Solana's largest digital asset vault, Forward Industries, announced that it will tokenize its FORD shares through Superstate's Opening Bell platform.
Forward is backed by Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto and Multicoin Capital and has completed a $1.65 billion private placement. Forward will partner with Drift, Kamino and Jupiter Lend, the Solana eco-lending protocol, and FORD tokens will be used as a new collateral option. Forward also plans to take a stake in Superstate to drive product development for both parties.
