On September 23rd, sources: NVIDIA (NVDA. O) is making a phased equity investment in OpenAI. According to the phased investment plan, NVIDIA will invest 10% when deploying the first gigawatt of computing power. NVIDIA's equity investment in OpenAI does not give it control, and OpenAI's non-profit parent company will retain majority governance control.
