The Smarter Web Company, a publicly traded technology company headquartered in London, announced that it has completed the placement of 3,826,799 ordinary shares under subscription agreements announced on June 19, 2025 and September 4, 2025 (the "Subscription Shares").
The total amount raised from the subscription share placement is £4,956,905 (before fees), equivalent to approximately £1.30 per share, and the company will receive approximately 97% of the subscription payment early this week.
As of now, all ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025 have been placed, while the outstanding balance of ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025 is 17,722,000 shares.
