Upheaval releases roadmap, including JumpPad and governance

On September 22nd, the AMM DEX Upheaval on HyperEVM released a roadmap, which includes JumpPad (start-up tokens without permission), aggregator (Upheaval aggregator becomes the default router of Hyperliquid, aggregating all pools and venues, ensuring that each exchange passes through Upheaval by default), Fiat On-Ramp (unlock capital inflow), Liquidity Hub (provide liquidity support for new tokens), veUP governance (users lock UPHL to obtain veUPHL, reduce liquidity supply and continue to drive up the price of tokens; veUP holders reward distribution direction by voting, and project parties compete for voting rights by bribing holders.)
