Caroline D. Pham, Acting Chair of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), today announced the new members of the Global Markets Advisory Committee (GMAC) and its subgroups. Scott Lucas, Managing Director, Markets Digital Assets at JPMorgan Chase, has been appointed Co-Chair of the Digital Asset Markets Group at GMAC, along with Sandy Kaul, Executive Vice President, Franklin Templeton.
