Paxos Acquires Nucleus Earn and Establishes Paxos Labs

On September 19, Paxos announced the acquisition of Nucleus Earn and the establishment of a new division, Paxos Labs, co-founded by Chunda, Jun Kim and Bhau. Paxos Labs will provide enterprises with on-chain financial infrastructure to support diversified crypto financial services from stablecoin issuance to compliance currency markets.
