U.S. stocks opened with the Dow up 0.15%, the S & P 500 up 0.32% and the Nasdaq up 0.37%. Intel (INTC. O) fell 1.05% after closing up more than 22% in the previous session. Tesla (TSLA. O) rose 1.34% after the agency upgraded its stock rating.
