According to the official announcement, to participate in River's BuildKey TGE, users must meet the following Binance Alpha Points requirements:
Phase 1 (BuildKey Recharge): At least 209 Alpha Points are required. Participation in Phase 1 will deduct 15 points.
Phase 2 (BuildKey transaction): At least 61 Alpha points are required. Alpha points will not be deducted for participating in Phase 2.
Participation in the second stage will not deduct Alpha points.

BuildKey subscription time: September 19, 2025 15:00 - 17:00 (UTC + 8);
BuildKey trading hours: September 19, 2025 17:00 - September 22, 2025 17:00 (UTC + 8);
TGE & BuildKey exchange time: 17:00 on September 22, 2025 (UTC + 8).
