Sky community starts voting on the proposal of "MKR upgrade to SKY delayed upgrade penalty"

On September 19, according to the official announcement, the vote for the implementation of delayed upgrade penalties for MKR upgrades to SKY has been officially launched. If the vote is passed, from September 22, 2025, all MKR upgrades to SKY will be subject to a 1% upgrade penalty. After that, the delayed upgrade penalty will be gradually increased by 1 percentage point every three months.
