September 19 news, a few days ago, Xiaomi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products" and the "Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products". It is decided to recall some SU7 standard version electric vehicles produced from February 6, 2024 to August 30, 2025, with a total of 116,887 vehicles. Recall number S2025M0149I: involves XMA7000MBEVR2 and XMA7000MBEVR2 models, with a total of 98462 vehicles. Recall number S2025M0150I: involves BJ7000MBEVR2 models, with a total of 18,425 vehicles. In some cases where the L2 high-speed pilot auxiliary driving function is turned on, the identification, warning or handling of extreme special scenarios may be insufficient. If the driver does not intervene in time, it may increase the risk of collision and pose a safety hazard. Xiaomi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. will provide free software upgrades for vehicles within the scope of the recall through vehicle remote upgrade (OTA) technology to eliminate safety hazards.
