Bitcoin treasury company ProCap BTC has filed a Form S-4 registration statement with the Securities Exchange Commission seeking to merge with Nasdaq-listed Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR). According to the disclosure in the application document, the company has received more than $60 million in unrealized gains on the 4,950 bitcoins it purchased in June this year.
