Circle CCTP V2 is coming to Stellar soon

On September 18th, Stellar announced that the Circle cross-chain transmission protocol CCTP V2 is about to go live. This upgrade will enhance the transfer function of USDC in the Stellar ecosystem, which currently supports native issued USDC.
