国家烟草专卖局原局长被逮捕

5月7日讯，记者今天从最高人民检察院获悉，工业和信息化部原党组成员，国家烟草专卖局原党组书记、局长，中国烟草总公司原总经理凌成兴涉嫌受贿、国有公司人员滥用职权一案，由国家监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。日前，最高人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪对凌成兴作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
