James Filan, a former US federal prosecutor and defence counsel, said the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a summary of its remedy response and supporting evidence under seal in the lawsuit against Ripple.
However, the SEC's filing has not been made public, and the SEC will file a revised summary of its remedies by Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Other documents related to the seizure will be filed after Wednesday's filing.
