Slow Mist Technology Chief Information Security Officer 23pds posted on the X platform that Odyssey, a variant of the AMOS theft Trojan, is advertising false AI tools through Twitter and other channels to induce users to download malicious software disguised as AI tool clients.
It uses Apple Script scripts as its main payload to steal sensitive data such as system information, browser data, and cryptocurrency wallet information.
