Yunfeng Financial Group, which is indirectly owned by Ma Yun, announced that its blockchain technology team has successfully tokenized the shares of real-world asset tokenization (RWA) invested by its wholly-owned subsidiary, and issued the first RWA project independently completed by Yunfeng Financial, further promoting the deep integration of traditional finance and blockchain technology. It is reported that the FOF fund invested by the wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunfeng Financial Group mainly focuses on alternative assets (directly or indirectly investing in the credit and real estate-related debt securities market). Issuing part of the fund's investment shares in the form of tokens can enhance transparency.
