After the third-party institution provides a performance guarantee, the overseas transaction link is entrusted to a qualified overseas agent, and the disposal is completed on the licensed virtual asset trading platform certified by the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission. The transaction price is not lower than the average price 20 days before the trading day.
After fulfilling the approval procedures for national foreign exchange management, the funds obtained from disposal will be settled and transferred to the exclusive account of the court's case funds, and will be confiscated and handed over to the state treasury or returned to the victim according to law.
