Summer Capital Chairperson Joseph Chee to become Executive Chairperson of Helius SOL Treasury

Helius Medical Technologies, a US-listed company, announced the organizational structure of its SOL treasury company: Joseph Chee, chairperson of Summer Capital and vice chairperson of AMINA Bank AG, will serve as executive chairperson, Cosmo Jiang, general partner of Pantera Capital, will serve as board observer, and Dan Morehead, founder and managing partner of Pantera Capital, will serve as an advisor. Helius said that the company will support Solana scalability, security and adoption through pledges, validator operations and on-chain activities, and continue to build and manage SOL reserves, ensuring transparency and alignment with shareholder interests.
