"Artificial intelligence security governance framework" version 2.0 released

On September 15, at the main forum of the National cyber security publicity week in 2025, version 2.0 of the "artificial intelligence security governance framework" was officially released. To implement the "Global artificial intelligence governance initiative", version 1.0 of the "artificial intelligence security governance framework" was released in September 2024 and received extensive attention at home and abroad. Over the past year, artificial intelligence technology and applications have developed rapidly. In order to cope with new opportunities and new challenges, under the guidance of the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Internet Emergency Response Center has taken the lead in organizing artificial intelligence professional institutions, scientific research institutes, and industry enterprises to jointly formulate version 2.0 of the "Framework". As a technical document of the National Cybersecurity Standards Committee, the 2.0 version of the Framework is based on the 2024 Framework, combined with the development and application practice of artificial intelligence technology, to continuously track risk changes, improve and optimize risk classification, study and explore risk classification, and dynamically adjust and update preventive governance measures.
