Polka DAO Adopts Proposal to Limit DOT Token Supply to 2.10 billion

Polka DAO has passed Referendum 1710, a proposal to limit the supply of DOT tokens to 2.10 billion, with 81% support. This would replace the current uncapped model of minting 120 million DOT per year and reduce emissions by reducing new DOT issuance every 2 years.
