The plan points out to promote the industrialization and application of intelligent networking technology. Deepen the pilot application of intelligent networked vehicles "vehicle-road cloud integration", accelerate the construction of network infrastructure and cloud control platforms, encourage the front installation of V2X, 5G and other high-performance communication modules, accelerate the large-scale application of Beidou system, promote multi-scenario applications such as logistics, sanitation, and travel services, and encourage key regions to gradually expand cross-regional collaborative applications. < b > Promote the pilot of intelligent networked vehicles access and road traffic, conditionally approve the production access of L3 models , and promote the improvement of laws and regulations such as road traffic safety and insurance.
