Aave Community Proposes Adjusting V3 Scroll Risk Parameters

According to the official announcement, the Aave community released a proposal to adjust the risk parameters of all assets in the V3 Scroll instance. The proposal includes increasing the reserve factor (RE) and lowering the upper limit of the loan amount to cope with the latent risks caused by the unstable ecological governance of Scroll, and protect the agreement and user interests.
