Coinbase seeks court ruling over SEC's alleged deletion of Gensler's text messages

Citing a report from the inspector general, Coinbase said the Securities Exchange Commission had deleted a year's worth of text messages from chairperson Gary Gensler. Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, said the company had asked a federal court to "address this serious breach of public trust".
