9月12日讯，最高人民法院副院长贺小荣9月12日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会上介绍，最高人民法院将进一步推动激活民法典第997条规定的人格权侵害禁令条款，有力有效治理网络暴力、诬告陷害等社会不良现象，为保护消费者合法权益和促进数字经济健康发展提供有力司法服务和保障。
