Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD) released operating data for August 2025. As of the end of August, the platform's total assets reached $304 billion, an increase of 2% from the previous month and a significant increase of 112% year-on-year. The number of fund clients was 26.70 million, although slightly 10,000 from July (affected by the mandatory return of about 180,000 low balance accounts), but an increase of 2.40 million year-on-year. Net deposits in August were $4.80 billion, and cumulative net deposits over the past 12 months reached $61.60 billion. In terms of trading, the nominal trading volume of stocks was $199.20 billion (+ 107% year-on-year), and the trading volume of options contracts was 195.50 million (+ 33% year-on-year). In cryptocurrencies, Robinhood app trading volume was $13.70 billion (+ 154% YoY) and Bitstamp exchange trading volume was $14.40 billion (+ 21% YoY). Margin balance was $12.50 billion (+ 127% YoY) and securities lending income was $53 million (+ 165% YoY).
