超半数高法法官投票认定巴西前总统博索纳罗政变罪成立

9月12日讯，9月11日，在巴西首都巴西利亚举行的前总统博索纳罗政变案审判中，巴西联邦最高法院法官卡门·露西娅投票认定其罪名成立。至此，联邦最高法院五名法官中已有三人支持对博索纳罗定罪，一人反对。在12日最终裁决宣布前，若已经投票的四名法官不再更改决定，博索纳罗将成为巴西历史上首位因政变罪被定罪的前总统。
