National Data Bureau: Will support pilot areas to explore new models of data circulation and transactions

On September 11, the State Council Information Office introduced the implementation of the pilot comprehensive reform of the market-oriented allocation of factors in some parts of the country. Yu Ying, deputy director of the State Data Administration, said that the State Data Administration will support the pilot areas to strengthen public data sharing, openness and authorized operation, create a number of influential projects, and form a replicable and scalable public data resource development and utilization model. At the same time, the State Data Administration will also support the pilot areas to explore new models of data circulation and transaction, establish a data security governance system, and promote high-quality development and high-level security benign interaction.
