Arbitrum, the layer 2 protocol of Ethereum, has surpassed $150 billion on the decentralized exchange Uniswap. Uniswap Labs wrote in a post from social media on Monday that Arbitrum is the first Layer2 to break through the $150 billion total transaction volume threshold on the DEX. As of early May, Arbitrum's cumulative swap transaction volume reached $150.20 billion.
Blockchain data tracker DeFiLlama revealed that Arbitrum has a total locked value (TVL) of $2.64 billion, making it TVL's largest Layer2 and the fifth largest protocol after Layer1 Solana, BSC, Tron, and Ethereum.
