Gemini Space Station Inc., founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, is set to hit the U.S. stock market on Friday with plans to distribute up to 30 percent of its shares to retail investors in an initial public offering. The shares will be available to small investors through online brokerage platforms such as Robinhood, Moomoo and Webull, according to the offering document updated on Tuesday, providing ordinary investors with a rare opportunity to participate in the billionaire-backed cryptocurrency exchange's pre-IPO investment.
