Trina Solar: Subsidiary signs sales contract for energy storage products totaling 2.48GWh

On September 10th, Trina Solar announced that the company received a notice from its holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Trina Energy Storage Co., Ltd., that Trina Energy Storage recently signed a total of 2.48GWh of energy storage product sales contracts with three customers in China, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Among them, the overseas 1GWh order to be delivered will use the network-type system, which is the first GWh-level network-type project won by Trina Energy Storage in overseas markets. The three contracts are all daily operating contracts of the company. According to the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board Stock Listing Rules" and the "Trina Solar joint stock company articles of association", signing the above contracts does not need to be submitted to the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting for consideration and approval.
