On September 10th, according to the official announcement, stablecoin issuer Paxos released USDH Proposal V2, announcing a partnership with PayPal to promote Hyperliquid to expand the global market. The proposal mainly includes three aspects:
PayPal cooperation content: plans to integrate HYPE tokens into the PayPal/Venmo platform, provide USDH deposit and withdrawal channels, invest 20 million US dollars in ecological incentive funds, and integrate the PayPal payment system.
Reward structure adjustment: Design a new incentive mechanism, Paxos will participate in the distribution of profits after TVL reaches a certain milestone, with a maximum of 5%, and all fees will be collected in the form of HYPE tokens.
Global market strategy: Paxos said it is qualified to issue stablecoins in compliance in multiple regions, and plans to promote the global application of USDH through compliance.
The proposal shows that as USDH grows in size, the distribution of proceeds will be adjusted according to different TVL stages, with governance voting by Hyperliquid validators.
