On September 10, the Hyperliquid team announced that all teams bidding for USDH must submit proposals before 10:00 UTC on September 10; validators will publicly vote before 10:00 UTC on September 11. Users can entrust their pledges to validators who agree with their own intentions before the validator voting starts at 10:00 UTC on September 14. Voting rights are calculated based on the amount of pledges, and the foundation will effectively abstain.
