Eric Balchunas, ETF analyst at Bloomberg, wrote on X: "The era of Meme ETFs is about to begin. The REX-Osprey Dogecoin ETF (code DOJE) is scheduled to go public on Thursday, even though it, like $SSK, follows the Investment Corporation Act of 1940. There are still a large number of Bill 33 holders awaiting approval from the Securities Exchange Commission."
