9月9日消息，据加密记者Eleanor Terrett报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）代理主席Caroline D. Pham在近期演讲中透露，该机构正积极研究是否可依据美国跨境监管规则，对符合境外严格加密资产监管标准（如欧盟MiCA框架）的加密货币交易平台予以认可。
此前，CFTC已重申其针对境外贸易委员会（FBOTs）的长期监管政策，允许部分已受境外监管机构合规监管的非美国加密货币交易所，通过注册为FBOT（而非指定合约市场DCM），直接向美国投资者提供交易服务。
