On September 9, MIIT Minister Li Lecheng said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, has managed irrational competition in key industries such as new energy, automobiles, and photovoltaics in accordance with laws and regulations, and with joint efforts, it has begun to pay off. "The cultivation of enterprises and industries can be described as painstaking, and irrational competition destroys an enterprise and an industry overnight. We will never tolerate this kind of thing happening." Li Lecheng said that in the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to improve the modernization level of industrial governance, promote new industrialization on the track of the rule of law, and carry out special project rectification actions for individual areas of exaggeration and false propaganda, malicious slander attacks and other network chaos, standardize production behavior, and create a good public opinion environment.
