H100 Group, a Swedish bitcoin treasury company, announced that its board of directors has approved the issuance of up to 1,792,114 new shares of the company at a subscription price of SEK 5.58 per share to raise 10 million SEK from TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund. The new funds will enable the company to pursue investment opportunities within the framework of its bitcoin funding strategy, while maintaining a flexible and balanced capital structure.
