Singapore's Overseas Chinese Bank (OCBC) has announced the launch of the $1 billion blockchain Digital Dollar Commercial Paper (USCP) program, which is supported by JPMorgan's Kinexys Digital Assets platform and Digital Debt Service application. The first six-month note has been issued, and the proceeds raised will be used for general purposes.
