Brazil's largest private asset manager, ItaúAsset Management, has set up a dedicated crypto division in the mutual fund sector. According to the report, ItaúAsset manages more than 1 trillion reais (185 billion dollars) for clients.
At present, the company has provided 10 trading pairs such as BTC/ETH/SOL/USDC and self-developed custody. The existing products include bitcoin ETF and pension exposure to digital assets. The new department will promote digital asset investment around fixed income, derivatives and pledges.
