Agora, a stablecoin startup, has proposed that it jointly provide USDH stablecoin support for Hyperliquid in conjunction with infrastructure providers such as Rain and LayerZero. Agora promises to use all USDH net income for HYPE repurchase and fund support, and provide at least $10 million in initial liquidity. USDH will adopt a compliance structure, have multi-issuance qualifications, and prioritize serving the Hyperliquid ecosystem to avoid external platform lock-in or diversion.
