Paolo Ardoino, Tether's chief executive, said in an X post: "Tether is not selling any bitcoins, but is putting some of its bitcoin reserves into XXI. As the world gets darker, Tether will continue to invest some of its profits in safe assets such as bitcoin, gold and land, and Tether is a stable company."
