On September 6th, Horsai Technology launched a global offering of 1.70 million Class B shares, with a dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the symbol 2525. The Hong Kong offering price is up to HK $228.00 or US $29.04 per share. The company has signed cornerstone investment agreements with HHL Advisors (a subsidiary of Hillhouse Group), Taikang Life, WT Asset Management, Grab, HTC Group and Commando Global Fund.
