Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company Fundamental Global Inc. announced that the amended certificate of the amended and restated articles of association has been declared effective by the Nevada Secretary of State, which means that its company name will be officially changed to "FG Nexus Inc." In addition, according to the amendments, the number of external outstanding common shares of the company will be increased from 1.30 million shares to 35.40 million shares to support its continued increase in ETH holdings.
