Yunfeng Financial announced that the board of directors has appointed Mr. Liang Xinjun as an independent non-executive director effective September 5, 2025. Mr. Liang is currently the chairperson and CEO of the Xin Family Office. Previously, he was the co-founder of Fosun Group and has extensive investment experience in the fields of Web3 blockchain, artificial intelligence and meta-universe.
