According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, the Senate Banking Committee, chaired by Tim Scott (R-S.C.), is finalizing its latest draft market structure reform bill after its staff collected feedback from industry and lobbying groups over the summer. Senator Cynthia Loomis (R-WY) still plans to review and revise the bill text by the Banking Committee by the end of this month, and the Agriculture Committee will follow up in October. A full Senate vote is tentatively scheduled for November or December.
