According to the announcement of BeInCrypto and Monex Group, Japan's Coincheck parent company Monex acquired 20.6% of the shares of Canadian crypto asset manager 3iQ Digital Holdings, the transaction consideration 45.84 million Canadian dollars (about 31 million US dollars), and the voting rights ratio rose to about 97.8%.
It is reported that 3iQ's management scale has increased by 39% year-on-year to 1.51 billion Canadian dollars in the past year, and has launched Solana Pledged ETF and XRP ETF on the Toronto Exchange during the year.
