5月6日消息，多个社区成员反馈，TON生态钱包Wallet in Telegram的用户在进行KYC时只有一次机会，若失败则无法提币，而客服回应此类问题称根据用户手册有提不了币的风险。有用户指出，人脸识别很容易出问题，一般App的KYC会有好几次机会，甚至银行卡密码输入也有五次错误才会冻卡，希望该项目在这个问题上会有合理改进措施。
