Crypto prediction market platform Polymarket has received a "no action" letter from the CFTC's Market Regulation and Clearing and Risk divisions after the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) terminated its investigation, allowing it to return to the US market under certain conditions. CEO Shayne Coplan said on X that the approval process was completed in record speed.
